Moving Forward Step By Step

I spent a good week in India in February. Together with our representative, Simon, we visited the aviation authority in Delhi and a maintenance company for aeroplanes and helicopters. Things are progressing in small steps.

Helimission has been registered there as the “Helimission Foundation” since July 2024. Now we need to obtain special permission from the aviation authorities for our free flight missions. There is no organization like Helimission in India: a free flight service, yet highly professional.

One of our aid projects is a small hydroelectric power station (15KW). This is managed by Simon. He is an expert in this field. Such hydropower plants need to be operated profitably in the future. As it is not easy to bring funds from abroad to India, such projects have great potential to support our air ministry.
