General Terms and Conditions

Helimissions Shop

1. Contract
   The sales contract is established with the order via email. The offers on the website are non-binding.  

2. Shipping 
   The postage costs are calculated according to the current postal rates. Packaging material will only be charged if it is new.  

3. Delivery
   Your order will usually be processed within 2-4 working days. An invoice will be included with the delivery.

   If shipping is not expressly requested by "A" Mail, we will send the goods by "B" Mail. 

   If your order consists of several packages, the delivery can take place on different days.

4. Property 
   The goods remain the property of Helimission until full payment has been received.  

5. Returns and Exchanges 
   We will only take back goods that have been ordered and already shipped by agreement. Items that show clear signs of use or are missing the original packaging cannot be returned.  

6. Foreign Orders 
   Goods ordered from abroad (with the exception of Germany and Austria) will only be delivered against advance payment.

   For shipments to Euro countries, the invoice will automatically be issued in Euro. Shipping usually goes via Germany. If this is the case, the shipping costs  according to the fees of the German Post apply.

   Deliveries from Switzerland abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown and are at the expense of the recipient.

7. Privacy 
   Address data will not be passed on and only used within Helimission. You will only receive our regular newsletter if you expressly request it.  

8. Place of Jurisdiction
   Swiss law applies. The seat of the Helimission Foundation is also the place of jurisdiction for customers from abroad.
