A Variety Of Support And Supplies

Landslides caused by heavy rainfall cut off the village of Kulawi (on the Indonesian Island of Sulawesi) from the outside world. We were asked to fly in a team of doctors to provide medical aid.

In Kulawi, we heard that two people had been killed by the storm.

In addition, an Indonesian charity organization asked for our help to transport schoolbags filled with pencils, notebooks, books, water bottles, etc. as Christmas gifts to remote villages. This brought many children great joy.

People are needed who are willing to invest their hard-earned money in such outreaches, as well as people who are willing to leave their familiar surroundings and to live in places like this with their families. If one part is missing, the work stands still.

So that is why I would like to thank all of the people who stand behind Helimission and us as a family with their support.
